- Partnering with all relevant Team to develop skill and competencies which necessary for Region & MPC Team to execute the assigned tasks;
- Designing or customizing educational contents or materials for sales team members according to local requirements;
- Providing and customizing Sales Tools to effectively support the programs execution and tracking; purposes
- Collaborating with HRBP to design suitable curriculum and local training for Region and MPC Team;
- Conducting knowledge measurement for internal & external Sales Team.
Sales Tools & Training
- Design and propose the Training curriculum into Regional Leader Team along with HRBP.
- Translating Sales Team knowledge assement level into related training with respective training on its field.
- Design & create environment that helps all sales team to be more aggressive on managing the market/territory.
- Design and deliver various content and materials for every sales team members such as CSE, CSO, SPV, BM, DSF, GTM SA, Promotor, etc.
- Conduct knowledge measurement/ assesement for every sales tem members.
- Engage with SAM & CSE to give support in term of designing and delivering educational series that suits current needs.
- Collaborate with HRBP to create curriculum and conduct local training for sales team (internal & external).
- Provide consultation clinique (one on one) to ensure understanding of Team’s regarding particular new knowledge.
- Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks assigned by VP-Head of Regional Distribution.
- Providing knowledge measurement results to SAM, CSE and MPC for further improvement
- Bachelor’s Degree from any degree with GPA min 3.00
- Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in handling sales tools and training.
- Experience in creating tools for salesmen to boost their sales program
