Area of Responsibilities

Key Activities

1. Operation support

Manage & responsible for Group operation support, including processes, policies development & end-to-end improvement

2. System & Capabilities Support

Manage & responsible for the Gerai system & capabilities support, to ensure the operation running well

3. Insight, Analysis & Alignment

Manage & responsible for the management insight & analysis, information flow, and efficient sales program. Develop strong alignment with regions for insight & analysis

4. Project Management

  • Determine strategies to set goals, create and implement action plans, and evaluate the process and results.  
  • Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem
  • Monitor the progress of the Retail & Device Mgt project with the Business Users and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project

5. Financial

Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions with other VPs

6. Team collaboration

  • Work cooperatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks assigned by managers
  • Provide support, when appropriate, for the team in cases of absence or unavailability
  • Provide continuous inputs on business process and systems improvement
Job Requirements

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major with min GPA of 3.00
  • Minimum 7-8 years working experience preferably who has experience in process & system improvement, market analysis, and retail business
  • Strong leadership skills and capabilities
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Effective communication skills for writing reports/proposals and making presentations and project report
  • Customer-focused and a partner advocate
  • Analytical thinking together with strong understanding of business principles.
